Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the syxucei platform available at syxucei.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
Platform refers to the website, services, content, and tools made available by syxucei at syxucei.com.
User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the platform.

5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your personal educational use only. This license does not include the right to download, store, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content unless explicitly authorized.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or other content to the platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate such submissions into our services without obligation to you.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Access to certain masterclasses or program modules may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed at the point of purchase. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the platform.
6.2 Billing
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where content has been substantially accessed.
